Join us for an enchanting performance as BACKSTAGE Performing Arts Center proudly presents “It’s Time,” our spectacular end-of-year recital at the

El Camino Performing Arts Center on Sunday May 17, 2026

What: BACKSTAGE Performing Arts Center’s 2026 Recital “It’s Time”  

When: Sunday, May 17, 2026    TIMES: Show 1 - 2 PM Show 2 - 5pm  

Where: El Camino High School Center for the Arts - 2340 Eastern Ave, Sacramento, CA 95864  

Who: All of our dancers will be performing a routine from their class to showcase the talents they have learned over the season.

New Information: Mandatory Dress Rehearsal

 

There will be a mandatory dress rehearsal on

Friday, May 15, 2026. Please mark your calendars and hold the time from 4:30 PM to 6:30 PM.

 

Investment:  

There will be a costume fee of $75 per child performing in our recital. Each dancer will get to keep their costume from their classes. If you are in 2 classes, this will be $140. If you're in 3 classes, this is will $200. Costumes will be handed out prior to our performance and it will be the responsibility of each family to bring them to the performance. This costume fee will be due on January 15, 2026. This will also include a digital video of the performance(s)!

 

Pictures:  

We will have a picture day prior to our performance. Please hold May 2nd and 3rd, 2026. Once the date is confirmed, you will be notified. More information on dates/times and pricing will follow.

 

Tickets:  

Tickets will go on sale one month before our performance and will be a flat fee of $18. Tickets will be on a first-come, first-served basis. We may have a two-show day. Not all dancers will perform in both shows. We are still a growing studio, so I will be able to confirm the show schedule once it’s confirmed with the venue and depending on how many classes we have by January!

 

I am very much looking forward to this recital where we will see all our great achievements on stage!

This will include a photo and a message from you to your performer. Everyone's name will be in our program; this is something a little extra to make this day even more exciting for your performer!
